Kicks for Guns is a new gun buy back program which is being hosted by the Orange County Police Department to help get some of these dangerous guns off of the streets.

We are doing this in conjunction with the Port Orange Police and Port Orange Fire Rescue. The event will take place from 8:30-9:00 a.m. and is free and open to the public. Our mission is: To Prevent, Advocate, and Heal. we are coordinating a "Mother and Son fall Dance" on September 27, 2008. the events main objective is to have a better relationship between Mother and Son. On Saturday, September 27, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Central Florida Kidfest & Family Expo will take place at the spacious campus of Celebration of Praise Church in Clermont. Central Florida Kidfest & Family Expo provides a venue where families and participating community and non-profit organizations can come together for the mutual objective of keeping children safe. Through interactive displays and one-on-one discussions, parents and caregivers are able to access information that is relevant to them. Kids also benefit from receiving messages that show them how they can take responsibility for their own well being.There is no admission charge to this community-wide event.
