Today in a Manhattan courthouse, Lil Wayne plead guilty to the charges of gun possession back in 2007. If you don’t remember the story, after his performance in Manhattan at Beacon Theater officers pulled the bus over and demanded a search after smelling marijuana on the bus. Cops found a .40 caliber semiautomatic loaded gun on the bus and immediately pointed the finger at Wayne.

Weezy originally plead not guilty and claimed he was innocent. Supposedly everyone on the bus with him including his whole entourage all said it wasn’t his weapon to get him off the hook. Well the word is that their was DNA evidence that linked him to the weapon and his lawyers probably advised him it was best to come clean to the judges.

He is probably going to serve up to a year in jail, which is not bad considering New York’s policy on weapon charges is a minimum of 3 years.

Sources from the NBA leaked that Khloe and Odom’s lawyers finally came to a conclusion over the prenuptial agreement. Khloe is claimed to have originally requested over $500,000 a year. She also supposedly asked for $25,000 for spousal support including shopping/beauty expenses along with their new house AND car. Wow, if that is the case then that’s a little over the top, especially after knowing each other for less than 2 months.

Regardless, Lamar Odom and his lawyers put their foot down and agreed on giving her some compensation, but nothing near what she originally desired. Khloe signed the prenup even though it was not in her favor. But if they supposedly did it for love than it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place…

TMZ is reporting that besides Kelis, the IRS is trying to get money out of Nas too!  Seems he failed to pay taxes in 2006 and 2007 and the government has taken out a humongous $2,584,206.31 federal tax lien against him!

TMZ reported that Usher called the cops on ex-wife Tameka not once but TWICE so far! The first time he called the police because she trespassed on his property and allegedly scratched up one of his cars. When they arrived, no one was around. They later interviewed both Usher and Tameka separately yet there was no substantial evidence.

The second time Usher called the cops, he claimed Tameka was on his property and would not leave.. but surprise surprise she was gone by the time they arrived to his home.

Hopefully they clear up things up and move on with their lives, at least for the sake of their children.

Two months ago Jennifer Hudson gave birth to a baby boy, David Otunga, Jr. She told People magazine how easy her pregnancy was and that he was delivered via c-section.

This is what she said:

“I would forget I was pregnant, it was so easy. I didn’t have any morning sickness, no cravings either. I just thought, ‘Oh, well, we’ll wait until it’ll tell on itself.’ I didn’t show until I was seven months so that made it easy right there. Everybody told me how much it was going to hurt afterwards but I think I have a different tolerance for pain than others. By that night after I had the baby, I’m like, ‘Look, I can’t sit in this bed anymore. I’ve got to get up!’ I’ve been up and about since he was born. To me, the pain is no different than when you work out a muscle you’ve never worked out before and it’s sore.”
