Coke Zero 400 Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The WJHM/102 JAMZ “Coke Zero 400” Contest (The “Contest”) will begin on 6/9/2008 at 10am Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on 6/26/2008 at 10pm ET (the “Contest Period”).

b. To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method: log on to www.102jamzorlando.com, then complete an official online entry form with your first and last name, complete address including city, state, and zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and select your favorite NASCAR Driver from all of the drivers posted. Limit one (1) internet entry per email address and one (1) entry per person. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of WJHM and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of any online entry will be solely determined when the Contest Administrator's website server records the entry data. Any automated computer form reply or receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute actual receipt by Administrator of an entry form for purposes of these. WJHM’s computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes

c. WJHM is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

d. All entries must be received by 10p.m. on June 26, 2008

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the Central Florida Area. Employees of WJHM (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a prize every 60 days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.

c. Winner must sign Station release forms in order to receive any prize and hold a valid government issued photo-ID. .

d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

e. Winners must meet at the studios of 102 JAMZ (1800 Pembrook Drive, Orlando, FL 32810) by 12:45p.m on Saturday, July 5th and must ride the 102 JAMZ/Coke Zero 400 Bus to the Coke Zero 400 race at the Daytona International Speedway.

3. PRIZES

a. There will be twenty (20) prizes awarded:
• Each of the twenty (20) winners receives two (2) seats on the 102 JAMZ/Coke Zero 400 Bus and two (2) tickets to the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway on July 5, 2008. Approximate prize value: $230.

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed on July 5, 2008. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION

a. Decisions of the Station staff with respect to the Contest are final.

b. On June 26th, 2008 at 10pm EST station staff will select twenty (20) winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the registration deadline. Winners will receive the prize as set forth in Section 3a.

c. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

d. Winners need not listen or be present to win.

e. The twenty (20) winners selected to win will be notified via phone by a member of the Station’s Promotions Department on 6/27/2008 at approximately 10am EST. If winner does not return the notification attempt within twenty-four (24) hours then prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries received. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within two (2) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries received.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. For any prize valued at $600 or above, Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent or prize will be forfeited.

b. By participating in the Contest, the winners and their guests agree to have their names, voices, or likenesses used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. By participating in the Contest, winners agree to the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest, and may be required to sign a liability release agreeing so.

d. The Station, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or has a change of venue, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

g. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

h. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WJHM, 1800 Pembrook Dr, Ste 400, Orlando, FL 32810.

6. INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES PRIVACY POLICY

a. By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Station’s Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: www.102jamzorlando.com
