1. How to Enter the Contest:

a. The WJHM 102 JAMZ “$10,000 Double Play” Contest (the “Contest”) will begin on Monday, October 13, 2008 at 10a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on or about Friday, December 12, 2008 at 5p.m. ET (“Contest Period”). Contest will only run on weekdays (Monday – Friday) during the Contest Period. WJHM (the “Station”) reserves the right to end the Contest before the scheduled end date if the maximum number of prizes are awarded before the scheduled end date. The Station also reserves the right to continue running the Contest after the scheduled end date if the total number of prizes to be awarded has not yet been reached.

b. To participate in the Contest, listen to the Station each weekday during the Contest Period between 10a.m. and 10p.m. for any two songs from the same artist to be played in their entirety back-2-back (the “Songs”). The Contest will take place as follows: The 18th caller that successfully calls in once the Songs have aired in their entirety at either of the following numbers: 407-919-0102 or 877.919.0102 will win a cash prize in the amount of $102.00, upon verification of Contest eligibility. Callers will be required to provide all information requested including their full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers, and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next caller that successfully makes it through on the Contest line will win. The cue to call will be issued every weekday during the Contest Period, and several times a day.

c. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

d. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call-in and win, but a listener may only win once during this Contest. Only one (1) winner per family or household.

e. For those listening to the Station stream on the Internet: Please be advised that you may be listening to a delayed stream of the radio signal, which may vary depending on your computer’s memory capacity and your dial-up connection. For that reason, we strongly recommend that you turn on your radio to the Station to participate in this or any other call-in contest to be sure you are participating in “real time.” The Station assumes no responsibility for contestants not making timely phone calls to the station as a result of the delays in the Internet stream.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

a. The Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in the Central Florida area. Employees of the Station, WOMX, and WOCL, their licensees, their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a Station contest only once every sixty days (60) and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six (6) months. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any Station Contest.

3. Prize:

a. Prize: Up to one hundred (100) $102.00 dollar cash prizes will be awarded during this Contest Period. Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of each prize = $102.00.

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of WJHM at 1800 Pembrook Drive Ste 400, Orlando, FL 32810 Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID to Station management or staff before accepting prize. Winners will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within fifteen (15) days of winning. If a prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will not be selected. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability or where required by law. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. Selection of Winner:

a. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b. Up to one hundred (100) winners will be selected and notified as specified in Section 1(b) of these Contest rules.

c. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number and order of calls received.

d. Contestants must listen, but need not be present to win.

e. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within fifteen (15) days of winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

5. Conditions:

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

b. By participating in the contest the winner or winners (and their guest) agree to have their name, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcast material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require sweepstakes winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

e. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of the Station.

f. The Station is not responsible for typographical other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize.

g. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studios of WJHM at 1800 Pembrook Drive #400, Orlando, FL 32810.
